Processing change & the duality of life

Hey fellow human!

One of the ways I process the world is by speaking to my camera. I pretend you, a fellow understanding and compassionate human, is sitting behind it and I talk.

Many of these videos never see the light of day, but every now and again there is one that I would like to share. This is one of those.

I filmed this about a month ago. Since then I have sat with the thoughts I processed during this recording. I now feel ready to share them.

I chat about my perspective on the duality of life - how, even when things are going well and you’re doing what you want with your life, complex emotions can still co-exist (especially when processing change as an autistic human).
