Thank you for sharing this, I can really relate. My burnout hit a few years ago, and I think I have had some residual stress from it, even after therapy. So now I am starting to take action on it again. One of them is defo recalibrating my nervous system.

I really love the way you describe the creative part of it - it's like you can do anything and it feels so good.
